Chengdu – Chongqing Train Routes

leshan

Chongqing and Chengdu are both popular tourist destinations. Chengdu is the capital of the panda and Chongqing is the departure point of the famous Yangtze cruise. The two cities are connected by 45 pairs of high-speed trains running all day long. While there are plenty of options, not all trains are the same as there are two different routes, so you need to carefully pick your trains. Here is some advice to keep in mind.

Chengdu to Chongqing trains

Virtually all bullet trains depart from the Chengdu East station and they all arrive at the Chongqing north station. As there are several stations in each city, you need to make sure that your taxi takes you to the right place.
